Jojo is owned by Randa Samaha, a board-certified family nurse practitioner, and operates from a suite at 13920 Metrotech Drive in Chantilly. The practice describes itself as combining nursing science with support for overall well-being.

New clients usually begin with a consultation. A free first visit with the owner is required before dermal filler, and most other treatments are preceded by a consultation as well, though new clients can book wrinkle relaxers without one. Treatments are shaped around each client's goals, and follow-up visits are part of the process. A free telehealth consultation is also offered.

Neurotoxin options include Botox, Xeomin, Jeuveau and Dysport, priced at $15 per unit plus tax with a $200 minimum for smaller areas. Other injectable services include facial balancing with hyaluronic acid dermal filler at $750 per syringe plus tax, lip filler listed at $750 plus tax, a masseter treatment with tox, and a tox touch-up visit.
