A visit usually starts with a conversation about the client's daily routine, preferred style and needs. The stylist then covers hair type, color, style and quality before choosing a piece. Pieces are selected to the client's specifications and styled for comfort and a natural appearance. New clients can book a free consultation through the salon's Pre-Consultation Form.
The salon carries a large range of wigs and hairpieces, along with wig care products and head covers, and it keeps a wig gallery showing popular styles. It also helps clients care for and maintain a wig after purchase. Beyond wigs, the salon handles size alterations, head shaves and men's hair system cuts, and it offers services for pieces bought from other retailers after an evaluation.
The salon is on the first floor of Premier Plaza I, and a separate side entrance faces Best Auto Care. Services are by appointment only, so clients call to schedule. Hours are Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the salon closed on Sunday and Monday. It may close early depending on scheduled appointments.
