The practice offers body, breast, face, skin care, transgender, men's and cosmetic gynecology procedures. Consultations cover medical history, concerns and cosmetic goals, after which a personalized surgical plan is discussed. The office says it makes no guarantees about surgical results, and a Spanish-speaking doctor is available.

A typical course runs from the first meeting and surgical plan through medical clearance, a pre-op visit with photos, the operation and a post-op visit. Patients are asked early on to describe any medical problems, medications and previous surgeries. Anesthesia options include oral sedation, local anesthesia, IV sedation with local anesthesia and general anesthesia, and before surgery patients meet the physician anesthesiologist to plan the anesthetic. Procedures requiring general anesthesia or deep sedation are performed with physician anesthesiologists. The center has fully equipped operating rooms and a recovery and postoperative room, and it uses total IV anesthesia (TIVA).

After a procedure, patients and caregivers receive written instructions, physician coverage is available around the clock for emergencies, and a transfer agreement with Valley Presbyterian Hospital covers hospital care if it is needed. Any additional surgery needed afterward is the patient's financial responsibility. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and messages left outside those hours receive a reply as soon as possible.
