Session work has included styling for weddings, photo shoots and New York Fashion Week. The salon's menu centers on color, with glazes, partial and full highlights, balayage, and root and refresh appointments. Color services are offered a la carte, so each one is booked and priced on its own.

A consultation is offered at no charge and takes 30 minutes. Reviews on the site, according to the salon, describe consistently good haircuts and close attention to what clients need.

Clients can call or text 603-793-8646, with texting preferred, or send questions through the contact form on the website. Appointments should be cancelled at least 48 hours ahead. Cancellations made later are charged half the service, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged in full. Changes and cancellations are handled case by case. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.

The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 9 PM and Thursday from 12 PM to 9 PM. It is closed Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
