Services are grouped into eyebrows and eyelashes. Brow shaping uses tweezing and trimming, with no hot wax or threading, and takes 40 minutes. Brow trimming is a 20-minute service in which each hair is cut individually on an angle without being removed from the follicle. Brow tinting is a 40-minute customized tint that darkens light hairs, covers grey hairs and adjusts overall brow tone. Brow Blueprint is a 40-minute signature session that combines shaping, trimming and tinting. Lash tinting takes 20 minutes and is suited to light, sparse or understated lashes. Luxe Blueprint pairs a Brow Blueprint with a Lash Tinting in one hour.

The studio is open Monday to Friday and Saturday from 11am to 7pm, and Sunday from 11am to 6pm. Four professionals work here: Joey Healy, Jayde, Irina and Tara. The booking menu lists different rates for appointments with Joey Healy than for appointments with the specialists. The studio also sells products online and ships worldwide. Returns are accepted within 14 business days of delivery for store credit, which is usable within 30 days of issue, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
