Color work uses L'Oreal Majirel permanent creme color, Inoa ammonium-free permanent color and Dia demi-permanent color, and the salon's L'Oreal Majirel is described by the salon as able to offer up to 100% coverage of white hair. Care services use Serie Expert by L'Oreal Professional Paris products to cleanse, treat and style, and a prescribed Serie Expert in-salon treatment is chosen to suit each client's hair needs. Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatments and Platinum seamless hair extensions are also offered.

Pricing starts at $25 for the L'Oreal in-salon treatment, $40 for blow dry and styling, $45 for a men's master haircut and style, $65 for a women's master haircut and style, $75 for special styling for weddings, proms and other events, $85 for color retouch and Artistry color, $90 for multi-dimensional highlights, $199 for the Brazilian Blowout and $425 for Platinum seamless extensions. A blow dry and styling includes a complimentary L'Oreal in-salon treatment.

Clients are offered a cappuccino, tea or bottled water during their visit. The salon has a long-standing working relationship with L'Oreal Paris Professional, and its stylist and owner is part of the L'Oreal Professional education team.

Each service is built around the individual client's hair, with a prescribed Serie Expert treatment and L'Oreal color products chosen to fit their needs.
