The salon describes itself as a blonde specialist in Chicago. Color is a major part of the menu, with single process color, partial and full highlights, hand-painted balayage and ombre, bleach and toner, and lived-in color. Color correction and blonde transformations are also offered, alongside keratin, express keratin, Japanese straightening, Qiqi Vega straightening and perms for those who want smoother hair.

Hours are Monday through Friday 10 AM to 8 PM and Saturday 12 PM to 8 PM; the salon is closed on Sundays. The salon is dog-friendly. New clients are asked for a $10 deposit on most services, and cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or no-shows, carry a 20% fee. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
