The studio's facials are built around a combination of advanced skin technology and hands-on technique. Every facial is customized and includes a therapeutic facial massage using gua sha and other specialized tools, with clean skincare and premium products selected to be clean and non-toxic. Every treatment includes therapeutic lymphatic massage and essential oils, and therapeutic aromatherapy oils are used throughout. Testimonials on the site call the facials among the best on the East Coast, and the studio says its facials deliver visible results and a restorative experience.

Advanced skin treatments include HydraFacial, which the studio describes as using award-winning vortex technology, along with Microchanneling, Cool Peel vitamin A renewal, Neurotris microcurrent and several HydraFacial variations with vitamin infusion or an advanced skin booster. Microchanneling and Cool Peel are suggested as a series. The JA Signature facials range from a 45-minute Dermaplane Express to a 120-minute Lymphatic Flow and Sculpting Facial, which uses Cool Peel exfoliation, Neurotris microcurrent, LED light and an oxygen finish.

Scalp renewal begins with a HydraFacial scalp cleansing and exfoliation, followed by microneedling and a delivery of stem cells, growth factors and regenerative proteins, and ends with an aromatherapy scalp massage. The studio says these treatments are offered for hair thinning, including postpartum hair loss, traction alopecia and maintaining results after hair transplants.

Semi-permanent services include natural brows and lip blushing. A consultation is required before a semi-permanent session, and it includes shape drawing and color matching to the client's natural hair color. A touch-up is required four weeks after the first natural brows treatment, and four to eight weeks after lip blushing. Brow and lash services include brow styling, brow tinting, lash tinting and lash lifting, and the studio notes that results typically last three to four weeks for brow tinting, four to six weeks for lash tinting and six to eight weeks for lash lifting. Waxing uses gentle hard wax for brows, lips, face, body and other areas.

Booking is done online through the scheduling provider Boulevard, and clients can manage appointments through a client portal. The studio asks for at least 24 hours' notice for changes or cancellations, and appointments canceled or missed within 24 hours are charged the full service fee. A referral program gives a referred friend 10% off a first visit, and the referring client earns a $20 credit after that friend completes an appointment. Treatment packages are available after a consultation, with a sixth treatment free after five are purchased. Gift cards are available online in physical and digital formats. Office hours are listed as Tuesday to Friday, 10am to 5pm.
