The menu is built around semi-permanent lash extensions attached to natural lashes, with Korean lash lifts and a short list of add-ons that can be added to a lash appointment.

Every full set starts with a consultation to look at eye shape and choose a suitable style. Full sets can be done in classic, hybrid, volume, mega volume or other custom designs. New clients book a full set at a longer appointment than returning clients, who are also offered a lower price.

Extensions need regular upkeep. The studio recommends a fill every two to three weeks. A fill booked more than three weeks after the last visit is treated as a full set, and mini fills are meant for clients coming in before the standard two-week mark.

Extension removal is done with a cream that loosens the extensions so the natural lashes are not pulled out. Add-ons include a scalp massage, a heated eye mask given before the lash service, and peptide eye patches given after the appointment for the drive home. The scalp massage is not offered to anyone with open wounds, a scalp infection, a flare-up or a severe scalp sunburn.

The studio is open Wednesday from 10am to 8pm and Friday from 9am to 5pm, with Saturday hours that vary.

Each full set begins with a consultation to match the lash style to the client's eye shape.
