Most new clients begin with a consultation. The complimentary skin consult is a 15-minute virtual visit by telehealth that ends with treatment and product suggestions, and it is required before corrective or advanced services. Clients can start virtually without choosing a treatment first. Other consultations include a 30-minute in-studio injectables visit with a licensed provider, a 20-minute virtual injectables visit, a 30-minute telehealth Signature Complexion Blueprint that comes with a written plan covering skin needs, treatments and home routine, a hair restoration consult and a men's weight management consult. Injectables and hair restoration consultation fees are credited toward treatment when booked. Anyone returning after more than a year away is asked to book a new consultation so skin, health history and goals can be reassessed.

Corrective and preventative skincare covers facials, chemical peels and targeted treatments aimed at breakouts, tone, texture, dryness and visible aging. Add-on options include dermaplaning, Nano-Infusion, LED, oxygen infusion, high frequency, targeted cryotherapy, back facials and intimate skin refinement. Chemical peels are chosen around each person's concerns, history and suitability, and visible peeling varies by peel. SkinPen microneedling, an FDA-cleared option, is offered for acne scars, fine lines, visible pores and uneven texture. A session takes about 60 minutes with topical numbing, mild redness for 24 to 48 hours is common, and it is often done as a series about four weeks apart. The Golden Hour Facial is a personalized signature facial that may include cleansing, exfoliation, extractions and targeted techniques. The Groomed Alpha is a men's facial focused on congestion, rough texture, shaving irritation and the beard area.

Hair restoration is offered as PRP scalp microneedling or PRF scalp injections for thinning and shedding, for clients of any gender with suitability assessed individually. It starts with a 30-minute telehealth consultation; recent scalp photos are requested beforehand, and clients bring a medication and supplement list and details of past hair treatments. Results cannot be guaranteed, and the number of appointments depends on assessment and response. Men's medical weight management is offered to men only and includes clinical evaluation, lab work, nutrition guidance, supplement recommendations and follow-up care. Semaglutide or tirzepatide may be considered when clinically appropriate, and a prescription is not guaranteed. SubZero cryotherapy is offered as a cold-mist SubZero Cryo Facial or as Localized Cryo Recovery for selected body areas. It focuses on facial care and localized cooling for comfort rather than body contouring, and it can be booked directly with suitability reviewed beforehand.

Hours are Sunday 12 PM to 5 PM, Monday through Thursday 10 AM to 4 PM, Friday 11 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday 12 PM to 5 PM. Payment is accepted by all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Pay-over-time options through Cherry, Affirm, Klarna, Sunbit and Afterpay are available, subject to approval, and terms vary by provider. Cherry plans include 0% APR options subject to eligibility.

Treatment recommendations are based on each client's skin, goals and what they can realistically keep up, and are revisited as the skin changes.
