Services cover full sets and fills in classic, hybrid, volume, mega volume, and angel and wet set styles. Full sets typically last 2-6 weeks, depending on the natural lash cycle and aftercare, and fill-in appointments are recommended every 2-3 weeks. A mini fill is available up to 7 days after an appointment. Removal of foreign fills is free with a new full set, and a general removal is available for a smaller charge.

Length, curl, and density are chosen together with the client at the appointment. Visitors are asked to arrive with clean lashes, free of mascara and glue residue, and a complimentary lash bath is provided before the service. Clients are asked to put phones away except for emergencies, and to avoid caffeine beforehand because it can make eyes flutter.

Clients must be 18 or older and send a photo of their photo ID at least the day before the appointment, for safety. No guests or pets are allowed, and guests may not wait in cars outside the home. Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours ahead, and appointments are canceled if the client is 10 minutes late. Refunds are not offered.
