The studio's services are all hair services, grouped together on its price list.

The menu runs from short trims, such as neck and bang trims, to longer appointments for color, highlights and lowlights, balayage, color correction and the Brazilian Blowout treatment. Prices are listed as starting amounts, so the final cost depends on the service booked. Men's haircuts include scissor cutting and fades, and there are kids' haircuts as well as women's cuts with styling.

Appointments are booked online through the studio's Glossgenius page. A consultation is offered at no charge and takes about 15 minutes. Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Clients who can't keep an appointment are asked to let the studio know as soon as possible so it can be rescheduled. The studio is open Tuesday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday.
