JIKO's sauna and cold plunge area has three traditional dry saunas set at roughly 180°F, 185°F and as high as 200°F, each with two bench heights. Several in-ground cold plunge tubs run at different therapeutic temperatures. Staff recommend no less than 17 to 20 minutes in the sauna and 2 to 4 minutes in the plunge. Guests bring a swimsuit, and towels and sandals are supplied. A first visit costs $30 and does not require a membership.

IV therapy and injections happen in reclining lounge chairs at JIKO. A nurse goes over each client's medical history before an IV is placed. Options include JIKO's Signature Blend, NAD+, Energy, Hangover Cure and Migraine Support, among others. IV visits typically last 30 to 45 minutes, while NAD+ runs longer because it is given slowly. Vitamin shots, given by qualified nursing staff into the shoulder or upper outer glute, take roughly 10 to 15 minutes. Medications are sourced from licensed pharmacy suppliers, and every vial is verified against its lot number and expiry date.

The DEXA scan measures body composition, bone density and visceral fat. The scan itself takes six to eight minutes and the full appointment about fifteen, and results are reviewed with the client before they leave. The business recommends re-scanning every ninety days. Clients are asked to be fasted for two to three hours beforehand, avoid intense exercise that day, and wear light, metal-free clothing. Many clients can use HSA or FSA cards, with eligibility checked through the plan administrator. Massage is booked and paid for separately from sauna sessions: 60 minutes is $125 and 90 minutes is $175. Each session opens with a brief intake about tension, injuries, pressure and goals, and pressure and focus areas can be adjusted during the visit. The business says a sauna before a massage allows deeper work with less bracing.

Med spa visits begin with a personalized consultation that covers medical history, pregnancy and breastfeeding, and prior aesthetic work. Memberships include the month-to-month Plunge plan at $99 for four cold plunges a month, and Contrast+, Restore and Optimize, which carry a three-month minimum and include elixir shots and a $29 guest pass per visit. Booking is done through the JIKO app, and gift cards and payment plans are offered. Hours are Monday to Friday 5 AM to 8 PM, with 5 to 7 AM slots by appointment only, and Saturday 10 AM to 8 PM. Instructors can rent the space for classes such as yoga, meditation, reiki, breathwork and sound baths.
