Appointments are offered Friday from 9 AM to 9 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 9 PM. Payment is taken in person, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Cancellations and reschedules should be made 24 to 48 hours ahead; same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the service, and appointments with no contact within a 10-minute grace period are treated as no-shows and charged in full to the card on file.

Hair is supplied for braiding and bohemian styles. Several services include hair and wash and blow dry, while others, such as Men Braids and Preparting, ask clients to arrive with hair prepared in a specific way.
