Every facial follows the same base: a skin analysis, a double cleanse, exfoliation, a masque, extractions, toning, a relaxing massage and a moisturizing step. Men can book a facial customized for concerns men commonly face, and there is a back facial designed for clarifying and hydrating the back.

The peel menu runs from a lactic acid peel, listed as a first-time peel, to deeper options such as the TCA and Jessner peels. Several peels, including the acne, Jessner, pigment control and TCA peels, add Celluma LED light therapy. A no-peel option, BioRePeel, is also offered.

The monthly facial membership runs for six months and includes one customized facial a month, 10% off products, and 15% off chemical peels and Procell. Members can gift a facial to a friend, co-worker or family member, and those who refer friends receive a $20 credit toward any service or product. Gift cards are sold.

Bookings are secured with a credit card on file. Cancellations made without 24 hours' notice, and no-call no-shows (15 minutes past the appointment time), are charged the full reserved amount. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Hours are 7 AM to 6 PM Monday through Thursday and Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM Friday, and 9 AM to 5 PM Sunday.

Treatments are customized after a skin analysis, and the salon aims to give every client a strong experience.
