Hair removal covers the face, body and intimate areas, from brows, lip and underarms to full arm, full leg, full back and Brazilian options for women and men. Speed waxing is also offered. Waxing is done with hard wax only, which the business says adheres to hair rather than skin and suits all skin types, including sensitive skin. Disposable waxing paper is used and the wax is never double-dipped. Hair should be about a quarter inch long, or long enough to pinch between the fingertips, and clients are asked to exfoliate and moisturize beforehand.

Facials include custom treatments built around a personalized consultation for each session, aimed at concerns such as dry skin, acne, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, aging and sun damage. Skin-nourishing facials are designed to lift oil buildup that everyday cleansers may miss. Every facial includes a massage and a hot steam towel. A one-hour facial is listed at $120, and a 90-minute facial and massage combination at $160. A resurfacing medical peel can be added to several facials for an extra $20, and a TCA peel is also offered.

Massage options include relaxing, hot stone, pregnancy, shiatsu and massage therapy, along with therapeutic sessions of 30 minutes, one hour or 90 minutes. Tanning includes spray tans, sunless tanning and fake bake massage tanning, with fake bake tanning listed at $40 for women and $55 for men. Flawless Skin Care treatments are meant to keep skin smooth, healthy and hydrated, and the business says they help with ingrown hairs, razor bumps and irritation. A sugar scrub is sold for exfoliating and home care after waxing, and other home care products are available in the salon.

Bookings are made through an online form or by texting 530-559-8835. No same-day appointments are offered. Clients who arrive 10 minutes or more late may be refused service, and a 50% down payment is required for the next scheduled service after a no-show. Touch-ups are included within 5 days of a wax appointment but are not free after that. Waxing every 3 to 5 weeks is recommended. Clients booking bikini waxing during their period are asked to wear a tampon or menstrual cup, and tanning, exercise and hot tubs should be avoided for the first 24 hours after waxing.
