Each visit is built around the condition of the scalp, and treatments use pure oils pressed from seeds and herbs brewed fresh on the day.

A camera examines the scalp at the crown, hairline, part and nape, and the images are shown on screen so the client can see what is happening. The visit ends with a written plan, and the rituals that follow are chosen from that plan.

The menu offers several rituals of different lengths. Holistic Infusion runs 110 minutes and includes a before-and-after look at the scalp on screen, with herbs brewed fresh and poured through the hair and left in. Holistic Balance is a ritual that Holistic Infusion builds on. Fleur de Paris is a 90-minute ritual that treats the scalp and lengths together, using products from Flora Lab Paris and finished with a fragrance composed by a French perfumer. PDRN is a 2-hour ritual for a scalp that feels tired or tight, combining warmth, red light, gentle microneedling and a concentrated PDRN ampoule.
