Full sets are priced by length, from $65 for short to $150 for 3XL and up. Fills are offered at three, four, or five-plus weeks. Acrylic add-ons include sculpted nails, which are built one nail at a time on a nail form without tips, French or ombre, flowers, encapsulations, 3D work, linework, and gel polish. Bling options include accents, charms, and full-nail bling, and design add-ons include chrome. Custom work includes hand-painted cartoon figures and an hourly rate for design-only bookings. The salon describes its prices as tentative. Online booking shows a quote for the time booked, and a specific quote is available by text.
All appointments are booked online, and walk-ins and same-day visits are not taken. Appointments can be booked up to 30 days ahead, and a card must be on file to hold a time. Deposits are non-refundable. Clients have a 10-minute grace period, and arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the appointment. Children and extra guests are not allowed because of limited space, though silent appointments can be arranged in advance. Hours are Tuesday through Friday, 10 am to 7 pm, with limited Saturday hours from 8 am to 2 pm. Payment is by cash, Cash App, or Square, with a 5% fee on Square card payments. Clients can pay a deposit by Cash App or Zelle through a private booking link, which avoids the card processing fee.
The salon offers several courses: a beginner acrylic course on doing a full set, an intermediate acrylic course, a nail art course, and a service industry course covering client retention, booking systems, and financial literacy. The beginner course has a $150 deposit with the balance paid on the day of class, and includes a take-home kit, practice sheets, live demos, and a catered lunch. Students who do not buy the kit receive a certificate of completion only.
The salon presents its work as cosmetic enhancement of nails and states that its professionals are licensed. It pairs client services with hands-on education.
