New clients can start with a New Client Cut, a 60-minute appointment that includes a shampoo and a customized cut without styling. Relaxed or natural clients who have not had styling in over six months can book a New Client Shampoo and Style, which includes a shampoo, conditioner, style and a complimentary line up. Anyone who wants to plan a larger change can book a 15-minute consultation to talk through hairstyle, color and cut before the next appointment is set. The consultation costs $50 and needs a $25 deposit; the rest is waived if a future appointment is booked within the same week and kept.

The menu covers a wide range. Cut-only and trim visits sit alongside shampoo-and-style appointments for relaxed hair, and comb coiling is offered for short natural hair only. Color options include demi color for root retouching of non-permanent color and permanent color, where clients send photos of their current and desired shade by email or text before booking. Highlights are priced after a consultation and need a photo ahead of the visit. Relaxer services cover virgin relaxers and retouches on short hair, with partial relaxers available as an add-on. Olaplex and protein treatments and a deep conditioner are available as well.

Booking requires a deposit, which ranges from $10 for a line up to $76 for a virgin relaxer on short hair. A 40% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment.
