The lash menu covers lash removal, refills (fills), half sets, full sets and a Korean lash lift. Full sets are offered in classic, hybrid and volume styles. A classic set uses one extension per natural lash, a hybrid set mixes single lashes with fans, and a volume set is made entirely of fans. Full sets take about two and a half hours, while fills require at least 40% of the extensions to remain. Bundles of three fills are also available.
Clients are asked to come in without makeup. Guests and pets are not allowed in the salon. Services and packages cannot be refunded. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; without that, the deposit is kept and cannot be applied to a new booking. Anyone running behind should let the salon know, and arrivals more than 15 minutes after their appointment time may be cancelled or moved to another time. Before brow lamination, clients should steer clear of strong topical ingredients such as retinols, retinoids and glycolic acids. Before waxing, clients should stop using products that thin the skin or exfoliate it, such as Retin-A, Renova, Tazorac, Differin or other vitamin A products, for at least one week. E-gift certificates are sold in values of $25, $50, $75 and $100.
