Every appointment is booked online.

The menu covers several areas.

Before a color or extension service, clients have a consultation at least 48 hours ahead. The consultation costs $25, is non-refundable, and is not credited toward the service price. Each appointment also requires a $32 non-refundable deposit, paid at booking or within five minutes after, a completed client info form, and a card saved to the client profile. Hair should arrive free of knots, tangles and glue, or an up-charge applies. Hair prep includes a shampoo, conditioner and light detangle, and payment is due at the end of the visit.

Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a charge of half the service price. A no-show is charged the full price and may be blocked from booking again. Clients have a 15-minute grace period only if they let the salon know they will be late before the appointment time. Anyone more than 15 minutes late may be marked as a no-show, and if the service still goes ahead, a $20 late fee is added. Children are only allowed in the salon while being serviced, and extra guests are not permitted during appointments. Clients should allow up to 48 hours for a reply to texts, calls or emails.
