JessicasLashLab works only with eyelash extensions and eyelash fills, so the studio's schedule and services center on that single area. Extensions are available in three styles: classic, hybrid and volume. Each is priced and timed separately, with every appointment listed at two hours for a full set.

A classic set places one extension on each natural lash, which adds length and some fullness. A hybrid set blends volume and classic lashes, and the mix is tailored to length, thickness and curl. A volume set fans several extensions onto each natural lash, and the look can be adjusted to the result the client wants.

Fill appointments are for current clients only and are booked 14 to 28 days after the previous visit. Fills are available in classic, hybrid and volume versions at one hour each. A 30 minute express fill is also offered, which adds as many lashes as possible within that time. A fill needs at least 30% of the extensions still in place; otherwise a new full set is charged.

Booking must be completed online. A $15 deposit is sent through Cash App, and the rest of the balance is paid in cash at the visit. Same-day online bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours ahead, and deposits are not returned after that point. Clients are asked to arrive no more than 5 minutes early, and a late arrival forfeits the deposit and needs a new booking.

Before an extension appointment, clients are asked to avoid mascara and oil-based products around the eyes for 72 hours and to come in without eye makeup. The studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Thursday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and is closed on weekends.

Each set is customized to the length, thickness and curl a client wants, and the studio follows a set of pre-visit and booking policies to keep appointments on track.
