Booking has a few set requirements. New clients pay a $50 deposit. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice, otherwise the appointment is charged in full. Clients are asked to arrange care for children and companions ahead of their visit.
Colour is the service clients ask for most often. First-time colour clients book an in-person consultation before any colour service. On the day of that consultation, a strand test is done to review the hair's history before any chemical service goes ahead.
The studio puts the integrity of each client's hair and the result they want first, and builds a custom look from whatever the client brings in, even if the starting idea is still loose.
