The menu is split into hair services and waxing. Hair services include women's and men's cuts, blowdry styling, curls, toner, root touch-ups, face frame, partial and full highlights, partial and full balayage, and blowout treatments. Waxing covers lip and eyebrow.

Appointment lengths range from 10 minutes for a brow or lip wax to 150 minutes for a full balayage. Curls appointments ask clients to arrive with clean, dry hair; if a wash is wanted, it needs to be booked beforehand as a separate blowdry service. A 25% cancellation fee applies, and clients who can't attend are asked to let the business know as early as possible so the appointment can be moved.

Payment is taken through the booking page. In person, Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, or $200 amounts, or a custom value, and can be set up for scheduled delivery; gift card sales are final.

The business is open Monday from 11 AM to 6 PM, Tuesday from 10 AM to 8 PM, Wednesday from 10 AM to 4 PM, Thursday from 11 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 8:30 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM. It is closed on Sundays.
