Appointments are booked through a GlossGenius site. Clients who want a quicker reply can text the studio, and those who need a particular date and time can ask for one, though a booking may depend on availability. New clients must complete a waiver before their first visit, and deposits of $5 to $30 are requested for certain services. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later financing is offered for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Cancellations are requested with 24 hours' notice, and a 50% fee applies to no-shows and late cancellations. Clients are asked to be on the table by the seven-minute mark, since the service may not be possible after that. An after-hours fee starting at $25 may apply, depending on the time and date.

Before a waxing appointment, clients are asked to let hair grow to about a quarter to half an inch, gently exfoliate a day or two beforehand, drink water and moisturize the area. Aftercare instructions are given after each wax. Facial treatments such as the Booty Facial and Vagacial are timed to be booked a week before or after a wax, and the Afterglow Brazilian and High Frequency add-ons are offered as post-wax care.

Gift cards are available in amounts of $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom value, and cannot be refunded once sold. The Glow Package lets clients buy three facials for $255, saving $30, and facial package credits must be used within six months, cannot be transferred, and apply automatically at checkout. Each facial in the package is customized to the client's skin needs.
