The menu starts with five signature facials, each built for a particular concern such as breakouts, hyperpigmentation, loss of elasticity or a compromised skin barrier. It includes a double cleanse, either dermaplaning or enzymatic exfoliation, extractions, a targeted treatment, lymphatic massage and finishing products.

Chemical peels are offered as no-downtime options for texture, hyperpigmentation and hydration. The Glycolic Resurfacing Peel addresses texture, fine lines, wrinkles, acne and acne scarring. The Flash Brightening Peel combines AHAs and BHAs.

New clients start with a New Client Consultation & Treatment. It lasts 60 minutes and pairs a consultation with a custom treatment. Before the visit ends, a treatment schedule and home care plan are talked through, based on the client's goals and daily routine. A personalized home skincare routine is also selected after every treatment.

Seasonal Rituals are treatments shaped around the current season, and the shop sells products for concerns including acne, hyperpigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles, and dryness.

Each new client gets a thorough consultation before a custom treatment is chosen for their skin condition, with a home routine selected after every visit.

The studio describes itself as a sanctuary for self care.
