The salon is known for chemical services, including Japanese or Korean straightening, Lucicare, digital perms and cosmetic perms. Japanese straightening, also called thermal reconditioning, smooths curly, wavy or frizzy hair into straight strands using chemical solutions and flat ironing. A neutralizing lotion is applied after flat ironing to close the cuticle. Digital perms curl hair around rollers heated by a specialty machine, for soft, wavy, bouncy results, and can be done as a beachy wave or a tighter spiral curl.

Beyond chemical services, the studio offers color touchups, allover color, highlights with color, women's and men's cuts, bang trims, and shampoo with blowdry. Scalp treatments are moisturizing treatments meant to keep hair looking full, smooth and healthy. Milbon Japanese smoothing and repair treatments are also on the menu.

Walk-ins are accepted. Chemical services require a $50 deposit, though walk-ins do not need one. Prices are starting prices and vary by hair length, condition and thickness. Extra long hair, which starts 12 inches past shoulder length, is priced by consultation only. The salon recommends a consultation before straightening colored, bleached or highlighted hair, and recommends waiting two weeks after Japanese straightening before further color or highlights.
