Color ranges from a partial Modern Color Mini to full highlights or balayage in Modern Color, and on up to Specialty Color, Color Correction and the Platinum Package, which is built for heavy highlighting or platinum with little dimension and includes a K18 treatment and a required haircut. Express options include a rough-dry gloss refresher and a face-framing foil service. Hand-tied extensions are designed for maintenance every 8 to 10 weeks, with a complimentary scalp treatment and detox; color is priced separately.

Hours are Monday from 8 AM to 3 PM and Tuesday from 12 PM to 3 PM, with the studio closed Wednesday through Sunday. Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours' notice, and changes inside that window may carry a fee of 50% of the booked services or forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. Clients who arrive 10 minutes or more late may not receive the full service and may be rescheduled, with a $25 late arrival fee. Children and extra guests are not permitted because there is no room for them. A silent appointment, with no charge, is available for clients who want a quiet visit and can be requested when booking.
