Clients are asked to add every service they want to their booking so enough time is set aside. Wednesday through Friday hours run 10 am to 8 pm, Saturday 7 am to 4 pm, and the salon is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Requests before or after posted hours can be made, starting as early as 6 am, with the preferred time noted in the booking. Those VIP slots (6 am and after 8 pm) carry a $25 fee on top of the service cost, and that fee still applies if the appointment is a no-call, no-show or is canceled outside the 24-hour grace period. A separate no-call, no-show fee also applies; its amount is not listed.

The menu covers acrylic fills and full sets in regular or gel polish, including colored and ombre sets, plus soft gel and hard gel fills and full sets. Hard gel is offered as a gel-based option to acrylic, with or without nail enhancements. Nail art is priced in levels, from a single accent nail up to encapsulations, airbrush, nail caviar and decals, and bling designs use Swarovski crystals at $10 per nail. Each nail art design is unique and may carry extra fees. A colored acrylic fill is not done when four to six nails are missing or separated; a new set is needed in that case.

Children aged 0 to 13 must be accompanied for the whole appointment by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over, and children are not allowed in the salon unless they are being serviced. Acrylic and gel services for children are charged at regular price. Custom press-on sets are made only after the client has been sized. A first custom set requires a consultation booked at least two weeks before the set is needed, and a custom press-on fitting must be booked before any application.

The owner also offers Final Touches by JLynn, a mobile manicure and pedicure service at a location the client chooses, such as a home, hospital, funeral home or hospice, at the request of the client or their family. Fungal treatment is booked only by clients concerned they have a fungal issue, and the salon advises seeing a medical professional for that concern.
