Jess Lopez Hair works from two studios. Thalia Hair Studios is at 255 Thalia Street in Laguna Beach, CA 92651, open Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. The Beach House is at 1720 Santa Ana Ave. in Costa Mesa, CA 92627, open Thursday and Friday. Hours at Thalia run 9am to 7pm on Sunday and 10am to 7pm on Monday and Tuesday; The Beach House runs 9am to 7pm on Thursday and 10am to 6pm on Friday.

Appointments are booked online, and a credit card must be kept on file to hold the booking. Another form of payment can be used at checkout. Changes and cancellations go through the link in the booking confirmation email. Changes made within 48 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the booked service, while same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service price. Within that 48-hour window, clients cannot make changes on their own and need to contact the business directly by text or phone at (949) 243-5844.
