It is open Wednesday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 3 PM, and closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Booking is done through the studio's Glossgenius page.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the appointment, and a 30% fee applies to no-shows. Buy Now, Pay Later is available on bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and cannot be refunded once sold.
