Appointments are secured with a $25 deposit, which is non-refundable and must be paid on the day the appointment is booked. The deposit goes toward the total cost, and the remaining balance is settled at the appointment. Deposits can be sent by CashApp, Apple Pay or Zelle. Estimates are available on request.
Changes need some notice. Appointments should be rescheduled at least 48 hours ahead to avoid losing the deposit. No-shows, or failing to let the business know about a missed visit, may lead to a ban from future bookings. Late arrivals have a 15-minute grace period, and clients are asked not to arrive with very little time before their appointment. Anyone with damaged nail beds is asked to stay home rather than come in for service.
