The studio's approach is to be kind to the skin, using non-invasive treatments that support the skin's barrier and overall health. It describes its products and techniques as gentle, clean and natural. Pro Line, its skincare line, is meant for use between appointments and is built around ingredients chosen to help the skin keep a healthy, balanced barrier.

Facials run from a 30-minute express Mini on Main to a 110-minute Jensen Restore, which pairs a customized 90-minute facial with 20 minutes of red light therapy and a complimentary glass of tea or champagne. Options in between include a teen facial, an anti-inflammation facial, a steam and high-frequency elite facial, and a fully personalized custom facial. Services can be combined when booking, depending on availability.

Brow services include shaping, tinting and lamination, which work with the client's existing brow hair. They are non-permanent and involve no needles or implanted pigment, so they are not microblading. Each brow visit opens with a short consultation to assess the brows and set goals, and aftercare instructions are given afterward. Waxing covers the face, body and legs, and LED and red light therapy can be booked alone or added to a facial.

The studio is by appointment only and does not take walk-ins. First-time clients should arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to complete an intake form, and arriving late may shorten the treatment. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations carry a $30 fee. Parking is on the street or in a small lot off Drummonds Lane.
