The facial menu runs from a 30-minute HydraFacial Express through a 60-minute Platinum version, with a 45-minute Deluxe in between. Other facials include the Cool Peel, a 60-minute facial built around a customized Environ peel and available as a targeted series or ongoing maintenance; microneedling, a 60-minute treatment that starts with a numbing cream; and the Pre-Event Facial, a 90-minute session designed for the days leading up to an event. Two light-based options are also offered. The Fix Full Spectrum IonixLight is a 90-minute non-invasive facial that combines microdermabrasion, microcurrent, oxygen therapy, ultrasound, radiofrequency, and LED light with ionized oxygen. The OxyLight Facial is a shorter 60-minute version of that treatment.

They include microcurrent, dermaplaning, crystal-free diamond microdermabrasion, a custom Environ peel, a carboxy gel mask that delivers carbon dioxide to the skin, and a bio cellulose serum mask formulated for sensitive skin.

Appointments on weekdays before 6 PM allow clients to arrive a little early and wait in the waiting area. Appointments after 6 PM or on weekends require arriving at the set time, because someone comes downstairs to let clients into the building. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice, and changes made inside that window are charged the full service fee. An online shop on Square lists 36 products, including serums, moisturizers, masks, cleansers, and SPF.
