While it was open, the studio ran weekday hours and asked clients to book with a credit card on file, with fees for late cancellations and no-shows. Clients were asked to come alone when possible because of limited space, and to arrive with clean hair worn down, dry or blown out. Free parking was available in the salon lot, with street parking nearby.
