Curly and natural hair is the main focus. A full-service curly cut begins with a consultation, then education, a full shampoo, a detox, conditioning and detangling, and only then the haircut. Existing clients can book an express curly cut for $125, and there are wash n go and curly services for new and existing clients at $135, $185 and $250. Children 8 and younger can book kids' curly services, and kids' services start at $45. Haircuts start at $65 and include options for curly and non-curly hair; a trim is priced the same as a haircut. Silk press starts at $125.

Color services start at $125 and include color corrections, along with the I Want Color and I Want To Go Blonde options. Extensions are offered, as are hair treatments, which are priced individually. One treatment is a hard water treatment using Malibu C products.

Trichology is offered on Tuesdays only. A $100 virtual trichology consultation runs 60 minutes and is for scalp and hair loss questions, not hair services. An in-person hair loss and scalp consultation costs $150, and a scalp assessment costs $150 and runs 60 minutes. The assessment uses a trichoscope and an intake process to look at what may be behind hair loss or scalp issues, and it ends with a treatment plan that covers product, nutrition and service recommendations. PRO-XO hair loss treatment is also offered. A $25 in-person hair consultation runs 25 minutes and is the starting point for hair services.

Hair services are booked online through the Book Now button, and scalp, hair loss and hair thinning consultations are booked by texting the business. New clients booking a scalp assessment or virtual trichology consultation pay a $50 deposit, and new clients booking an in-person hair consultation pay $24.35. A deposit carries over if the client cancels or reschedules at least 48 hours ahead, otherwise it is kept. Clients have up to 30 days from the original appointment to reschedule, and a no-show is charged 50 percent of the scheduled service. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Apple Pay are accepted; checks are not.
