Color options include ammonia-free color, lived-in and dimensional looks, glaze or toner for brightening mid-lengths and ends and reducing brassy tones, and corrective color for longer sessions. Highlights can be done with foil, balayage or both. Clients booking a partial or full custom highlight are asked to send photos of their current and desired hair before the appointment, and a T-zone highlight requires a consultation first. Consultations are free and take about 15 minutes.

The head spa menu includes the Headspa Experience, which combines a deep cleansing shampoo, Ayurvedic hydrodhara with floral essences, and a scalp treatment and massage with organic products. The Total Headspa Experience adds a scalp analysis, steam deep conditioning, and a blowout and style. Stand-alone scalp treatments and a three-visit scalp package are also available. The Headspa Experience is a one-day event and cannot be cancelled.

On-site styling is available at the client's location for photo shoots, film or production days, corporate events, speaking engagements, brand shoots, content creation and at-home styling. It is priced at $120 per hour with a 75-minute minimum and a $50 deposit, and a travel fee may apply.

The studio is open Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 AM to 7 PM. A 75% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment. Fall packages include a three-blowout pack saving $30 and a three-visit root touch-up pack saving $50, with credits applied automatically at checkout when the included services are booked.
