The salon says its goal is a personalized visit where clients feel comfortable, cared for and confident in their hair. The salon is appointment-based, and individual stylists have their own schedules, with current availability shown through online booking. Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Thursday 11 AM to 9 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM, with the salon closed Tuesday and Sunday.
Extensions have their own path. New extension guests need an extension consultation of about 30 minutes, and the hair is purchased separately. Existing sew-in extension guests can book maintenance, priced at $175 per row for a full row or $90 per row for a micro row, with shampoo and blow-dry not included.
Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less notice are charged 50% of the scheduled total, and clients who neither arrive nor notify the salon are charged the full total to the card on file. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling, and a cancellation fee may apply. Children are allowed in the salon only when they are receiving a scheduled service.
The team also includes stylist Sasi Kollen, who recently joined the salon, and spray tan specialist Kayla Rose.
Each service is planned around the client's goals, lifestyle, upkeep and long-term hair health, starting with a consultation.
