Hours are Monday 2:30 PM to 7 PM, Wednesday and Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Thursday 12 PM to 7 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM and Sunday 12 PM to 5 PM. The salon is closed on Tuesdays. Payments are accepted. Cancellations made within 2 hours of an appointment carry a 50% fee charged to the card on file and must be made by text or phone call to the work line rather than email. Rescheduling to another date counts as a cancellation, a missed appointment is charged 100%, and arriving more than 15 minutes late in a way that can't be accommodated is treated as a cancellation with a 50% fee.
