Every visit can start with a complimentary 10-minute consultation that takes hair type, texture and face shape into account. Services are grouped into color treatments, hair color, specialty color, haircuts, styling and texture, and treatments.

The salon describes its Olapex Treatment as its most popular service. Anti-Damage Color Additive can be added during color or highlight work to help rebuild bonds, and it is also available as a standalone treatment. Gloss is a semi-permanent option that lasts 6 to 8 weeks and does not lighten dark hair. Specialty color includes accent highlights, balayage, partial and full highlights, Total Blonde, and a bleach out isolation technique for lightening the whole head to blonde.

Hours are Wednesday to Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 4pm; the studio is closed Sunday through Tuesday. The phone number is 561-812-9315. Arriving more than 15 minutes late adds a $10 fee, and arriving more than 30 minutes late forfeits the appointment. Clients should disclose allergies to products used in the salon, pets are not allowed, and anyone unhappy with a service should say so before leaving or within 24 hours, when corrections are offered.
