Retwists and maintenance are priced by loc count: under 50 locs, 51 to 90 locs with minor repairs for up to 10, and 91 to 120 locs with minor repairs for up to 3. A shampoo-only option called Stress-Free Shampoo includes a complimentary oil treatment, and a style touch-up is available for retwists done within the past two weeks. Starter locs have their own maintenance rate for clients in their first three retwists, alongside a start-of-journey service. Instant Locs require hair at least 4 inches long or even in length.

Other styles include crochet work such as a Crochet Retwist and Fulani crochet over locs, two strand twists with or without boho curls, protective two strand twists for loose natural hair that do not require locs, extended two strands over mature locs, and barrels with curly buns. Add-ons cover a take-down to remove an earlier style, a trim, and a detox with hot oil. Loc repair covers thinning, reattachment and combined locs. New clients pay 20 dollars more for every 10 locs that need repair. Children under 12 have natural twists, and loc maintenance is offered for ages 5 to 12. Kids must be accompanied by a parent or an adult 21 or older at drop-off and pick-up.

New clients booking online must have a consultation, which can be virtual or in person before the appointment. Same-day consultations add 15 minutes and are not guaranteed. A 25 dollar fee applies for arriving late or cancelling on short notice, and it can be applied to the next appointment. A birthday loc service is offered to returning clients who have had at least six services, for birthdays in the current month, with ID required.
