The studio takes an integrative view of skin, pairing treatments with attention to lifestyle, nutrition and self-care rather than treating the face in isolation. Facials range from a 60-minute teen treatment and the core JW Signature to a 90-minute session called The Everything that layers several steps together. Peels include a 30% TCA peel imported from Italy and a medium-depth medical grade peel, and SkinPen microneedling is offered for scarring, texture and signs of aging.

New clients complete a client form before their first visit. After that first treatment, Jen and the client put together a plan for future sessions and the products to use at home. The business says its skincare lines are award-winning, and products shown include Vivant and SkinBetter items.

Booking requires a credit card on file to hold the appointment. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, a missed visit without proper notice carries a no-show fee equal to the full service price, and arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean rescheduling. The new client form includes a photo release for before-and-after images used for progress records and social media, and clients can choose to block out the eyes.
