Acne is the main focus. Options range from a $40 Extraction Express Facial that uses acne-safe products, to chemical peels and LED sessions, to the Acne Bootcamp, a bi-weekly program for teens and adults that begins with a consultation and asks clients to stop prescription topical products two weeks before the first visit. Acne services use the Face Reality Clear Skin Method. The Clarity Monthly Membership gives acne-prone clients one treatment a month at a discount. Back acne has its own bi-weekly program, and remote sessions are offered to clients already enrolled.

Other facials address uneven tone, hyperpigmentation, dark spots tied to sun damage and melasma, fine lines, laxity and texture. Microneedling with a hyaluronic acid serum is offered for aging skin and acne scars, and four to six sessions are recommended. The Restore Facial is aimed at rosacea and ultra-sensitive skin, with a focus on calming redness and strengthening the skin barrier. The Signature Restoring Glow is an anti-aging facial with a PDRN mask, and clients stop all active skincare at least 10 days beforehand. That mask is not suitable for vegans or strict vegetarians.

Newcomers can start with a 30-minute, $15 consultation to talk through skin concerns and goals and build a customized plan. The practice is open Wednesday and Thursday from noon to 8 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM, and it is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Clients should give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged 20% of the booked service price, and no-shows may be charged the full reserved amount. After three no-shows, prepayment is required for future appointments.
