The facial menu is built around different skin needs. The Acne Clearing Facial is customized for acne-prone and breakout-prone skin, the Calm + Repair Facial suits skin that is irritated, dry, tight, reactive or prone to rosacea, and the Zombie Facial uses a firming peptide mask. The Full Back Facial covers the back with enzyme exfoliation, steam, extractions and massage. Some treatments are reserved for existing clients, including the Corrective Chemical Peel and the KRX Melapro Cold Peel, an oil-based brightening peel for melasma and hyperpigmentation that is generally offered as a series of three.
Peel and skin-concern options also include the Green Sea Peel, which uses spicules from freshwater sponges as a liquid microneedle treatment on the face or back and is described as pregnancy-friendly. For acne concerns, a Virtual Acne Bootcamp Consult takes place by phone or Zoom over 45 minutes and includes product guidance.
Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, chest, stomach, back, legs and female Brazilian areas. Hair needs to be about the length of a grain of rice for wax to adhere. A one-year Brazilian and underarm package is sold for $900, and its credits apply automatically at checkout. Korean lash lifts with black lash tint take 75 minutes and last six to eight weeks; clients should arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup.
The studio is open Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Wednesday and Friday from 4 PM to 8 PM; it is closed Monday and Thursday. Bookings require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, and a 10-minute grace period applies for late arrivals. Extra guests are not allowed, while children can attend with advance notice if they stay quiet and supervised. New clients pay a deposit when booking, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval.
