The Jellybond system was then developed over six years of research and development before its launch.

Brow and facial hair appointments follow a set sequence: personalized mapping and design, professional removal of any existing Jellybond work, application of a new system, and precision 3D sculpting or extensions. The system can restore or reshape brows, beard, mustache, edges and other facial hair for men and women, and aftercare guidance is included. First-time clients who need a small adjustment within five to seven days of their first appointment receive one complimentary refinement visit, which requires a professional assessment.

The clinical side of the practice centers on consultation. Every treatment begins with a consultation covering skin assessment, Fitzpatrick skin typing, pigment evaluation, medical history review, treatment planning, healing expectations and pricing. Consultation is required before any plasma fibroblast or paramedical treatment is approved, and appointments are limited. The initial consultation fee is credited toward the treatment balance once the procedure is complete, and a treatment reservation deposit is required after approval.

Non-surgical services cover face and eye concerns, body tightening, skin texture and scar work, and paramedical camouflage for pigment changes. Most paramedical clients need approximately three to six sessions, depending on the area, depth of discoloration, skin condition and how the skin heals. The practice says it welcomes clients who travel from several states and other countries.

Training is a major part of the business. Paramedical courses are three-day programs with two five-hour days of theory and hands-on practice on practice skin, followed by a clinical review at least 30 days later. Courses include a student manual, consultation sheets, aftercare instructions, a certificate of completion and ongoing mentorship by Zoom or FaceTime. Paramedical training requires prior foundational permanent makeup training and is intended for licensed or properly trained beauty professionals where state or local rules require it. Completion does not guarantee licensure, employment or insurance reimbursement. The business also offers online and in-person certification for Jellybond brow specialists, and its master trainer positions are limited and approved by headquarters.

The practice aims for results that look realistic, uses conservative treatment planning, and blends work so it appears natural. Each plan is shaped around the client's skin type and how their skin heals.
