Visits start with an assessment of the skin, and treatment recommendations take into account habits, skin tone, diet, geographic area and season. Clients are encouraged to ask questions and talk through their concerns with an esthetician before any service, and a client health history form is required before appointments. The menu covers facials, from custom facials tailored to individual skin needs to combined dermaplaning or microdermabrasion with a basic facial. Peels include the Korean princess peel, a spicule peel with hydrolyzed sponge and colloidal gold, along with spider peels using an amino acid system and a two-part CO2 treatment for troubled skin. Technology-based options include microcurrent with dermaplaning, which uses low-level electrical currents, Jet Plasma, and Procell Microchanneling, a collagen stimulation technique that creates micro channels to deliver peptides and growth factors.

Lash services include classic, hybrid and volume full sets, 2 week and 3 week refills, and lash lifts with tints. Lash Love memberships offer two lash fills per month at locked-in prices, a complimentary mini facial or microdermabrasion or dermaplaning each month, and 15% off additional services. Membership fill credits do not roll over to the following month, and a no-show or cancellation less than 24 hours before an appointment counts as one fill.

Retail is a selection of skincare lines sold through the online shop, including ISOV and Storyderm, along with a Korean skincare line. Products are chosen for natural ingredients with minimal harsh chemicals, and are grouped for pigmentation and redness, dryness and hydration, oily and troubled skin, sensitive skin, SPF and anti-aging. Gift cards are available. Services at the location are final sale, skincare products cannot be returned, and damaged products are replaced with proof of damage. Product orders ship standard in about 5 to 7 business days, with no weekend or holiday shipping and no international or expedited options.
