Each appointment starts with the client's eye shape, daily lifestyle and the condition of their natural lashes, and the service is tailored from there. The studio describes its focus as protecting the health and integrity of clients' natural lashes. The atmosphere is spa-like, with aromatherapy and soothing music.

The studio is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays. Extended hours can be added for an extra $25. Gift cards and packages are available.

Treatments are planned around each client's eye shape, lifestyle and natural lash health, with the aim of keeping natural lashes in good condition.
