Every visit starts with a consultation covering facial anatomy, goals and medical history, and clients are never obliged to book treatment afterward. New patients are encouraged to consult before booking treatment. Appointments can be made through the website or by Instagram message, and booking one to two weeks ahead is recommended. The clinic says it does not collect or store personal health information on its website, and bookings run through a separate HIPAA-compliant system.

The menu covers dermal fillers and lip fillers, which the clinic describes as its signature treatment, plus Jeuveau for frown lines, forehead lines and crow's feet. Medical-grade advanced facials are offered alongside injectables.

Concierge in-home visits are offered only in Lower Manhattan, including Tribeca, the Financial District and SoHo, with pricing by inquiry.
