Eyelash extension aftercare advice covers cleaning the lashes two to three times a week, sleeping on the back or side on a silk pillowcase, and not applying mascara to the extensions.

Facial services include a consultation, a deep cleansing facial that runs about an hour and a half, a hydration facial, a customized facial and a customized back facial. Chemical peels are open to everyone, though a client must first have a facial at the studio. Waxing covers the face, body and intimate areas, with a full body wax taking about one hour and forty-five minutes, and the studio offers a vajacial as post-wax care. Men's services include a working men's facial, a deluxe men's facial, a chest wax and a back wax.

The lash training courses include a one-day bottom lash class, a two-day course and a three-day course. The two-day course covers hygiene, sanitation, allergies and irritations, product storage, lash styles, fills, full sets, removals, mannequin practice, live demonstration, hands-on work, aftercare, consultations and consent forms, and it includes a training manual, a lash kit for servicing 30 to 50 clients, certification, a lash bed and a ring light. The three-day course adds six hours of training per day and covers business setup such as a website, logo and flyers, price lists, a business email and phone, licensing and insurance information, marketing and social media. Course payments are final and no refunds are issued.

Memberships include JB Luxe at $45 a month, which gives $15 off each lash fill, priority booking, one complimentary lash add-on each month, a lash bath at every appointment, 15% off retail products and a birthday gift. Members can cancel or change their membership at any time through their client account, and membership is not needed to book standalone services. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours ahead, or 75% of the booked services is charged to the card on file. Cash and card are accepted, with a $5 fee on card payments.
