The studio's main work is brows. Ombré powder brows are a semi-permanent technique, priced at $500 and taking about three hours. Clients return for an Ombre Refresh six to eight weeks after the first session, and for a yearly Annual Ombré Boost once the work is at least a year old. Brow maintenance visits, from $20, are scheduled every three to six weeks and include brow mapping and grooming. Brow tinting and a brow sculpt and lamination treatment are also offered. Previous ink cover-up and correction is available at $650, and a consultation is required before booking it.

Beyond brows, the studio offers faux freckles, applied with a fine needle, and lip neutralization for uneven lip tones, which may take two to four sessions. Beauty marks start at $50. Waxing covers the face, from lip and chin to a full-face wax. Consultations come in a 10-minute virtual format or a 20-minute in-person format with mapping, and the consultation fee goes toward ombré brows if booked within seven days.

Booking is handled in advance. A non-refundable retainer secures each appointment and counts toward the total. Appointments open 30 days ahead, and changes need at least 48 hours' notice. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early. The remaining balance is due at the appointment; cash is preferred, and cards, Apple Pay and Zelle are accepted, with a processing fee on non-cash payments. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings, subject to approval. Walk-ins are not accepted, and all services are final with no refunds.
